dish is really nice with fried rice.
150g sweet corn
80g fresh shelled prawn
3 eggs (beaten)
(according to taste)
light soya sauce
- Cook the tomatoes in boiling water for 3 min. Remove and peeled.
Cut into cubes
- Heat up oil to stir fry the tomato cubes until fragrant.
- Add in golden corn, prawns and seasoning. Stir fry until well
- Pour in egg slowly and keep stirring until cooked and form
into egg floss.
- Dish up and serve hot.
