tsp baking powder
500g banana (peeled, mashed)
10g cake stabiliser
6 eggs (beaten)
tin: 32cm - square baking tin
baking powder and flour together. Thaw refrigerated butter under
sugar, mashed banana and cake stabiliser together in mixer till
fluffy. Pour in beaten eggs and mix well for about 2 mins. Stir
in butter and mix well. Remove from mixer. Add flour and baking
powder then mix well. Add banana essence or vanilla (optional).
cake mixture into baking tin, Bake at 180 C for about 30 mins.
