Papaya
seeds have a peppery flavor and are edible on thier own. Usually
they're eaten in a dressing, as is made here. This simple papaya
seed dressing turns any pasta dish into a gourmet delight.
Ingredients:
- bow-tie
pasta or anykind that you prefer

bell pepper (any colour you want but at least two colour) cut
into thin strips

roasted chicken breast, cut into long strips
Papaya-seed
dressing:
- 2
tbsp papaya seed

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp chives, minced

1/2 cups fresh squeexed orange juice

2 tbsp olive oil (can use peanut oil or corn oil)

1 tbsp cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar

salt to taste
Method:
- Combine all the dressing ingredients and put in a sealed container.
Fridge for 30 minutes or so
- Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse
with cold water to prevent sticking. Place pasta and bell pepper
in a serving bowl. Mix thoroughly with dressing. Toss in chicken.
Season with salt and pepper if needed.
